Practice 01 / AI ventures

Three operating AI properties. One Florida company.

Blue Swan Ventures designs and operates focused AI products. The current portfolio holds two live properties with paying users and one in v1 development. Engineering and product work happens in house. Each property has a single buyer in mind and a single problem it owns end to end.

Pillar 01

FloridAI.

Agentic AI consulting for South Florida operators.

FloridAI is the consulting layer of the company. The practice serves South Florida operators in regulated industries who want to cut overhead and protect revenue without adding headcount.

Engagements run from a focused thirty minute strategic assessment up to managed AI operations. Every recommendation is defensible to a board, with PhD level problem framing and MBA trained unit economics underneath.

More on the engagement tiers and named industry expertise lives at the FloridAI site, which goes deep on agentic AI integration for South Florida businesses.

Pillar 02

LawMem.

Persistent memory infrastructure for legal AI agents.

LawMem is a Memory as a Service platform built specifically for legal AI agents. It exposes namespace isolated, audit logged semantic memory through a simple HTTP API.

Tenant isolation is enforced at the query layer, not in policy. Every store and recall is logged with timestamp and matter ID for e-discovery review. The platform launched in Q1 2026 and is live with paying customers.

Documentation and pricing are published at the LawMem site, which provides semantic memory infrastructure for legal AI agents that integrators can wire up in under five minutes.

Pillar 03

Bonacci Pharma Data.

BIOSECURE compliance radar and supplier intelligence for pharmaceutical fine chemicals.

Bonacci Pharma Data is procurement intelligence for the pharmaceutical fine chemical supply chain. The product scores Indian and global API suppliers across two structural signals: BIOSECURE Act exposure, and drop-in equivalence as China-Plus-One alternatives. A pricing trend layer derived from NADAC data sits on top of both.

The buyer is typically a mid market CDMO or a biotech sponsor managing small molecule supply. Generics manufacturers also use the data when category margins compress.

The dataset is exposed through a human dashboard and through an MCP server that procurement agents can call directly. The v1 product is in active development. Detail and the BIOSECURE briefing signup live at the Bonacci site, which provides BIOSECURE compliance and supplier intelligence for pharmaceutical procurement at the dataset and API layer.

Adjacent practice

The marketing book and the AI book sometimes share clients.

When that happens, work is sequenced rather than bundled. Lead routing and post campaign attribution stitching are common cases for an agent. Most paid acquisition programs do not need an AI layer at all.
